Which items can be returned?

Eligible non-perishable goods may qualify for cancellation or return under Storequode’s Terms and Ghanaian law. Unless an item is faulty, it should normally be unused, complete and returned with relevant seals or packaging intact.

Change-of-mind returns may not apply to groceries and everyday-consumption goods delivered to a home or workplace, perishable goods, personalised items, goods that cannot reasonably be returned, opened software or recordings, and other statutory exceptions. These exceptions do not remove your right to complain about a damaged, spoiled, unsafe, incorrect, counterfeit or materially misdescribed product.
