How do I request a return or refund?

Use the Contact page and include your order number, the affected item, the reason for the request and clear photographs where relevant. Keep the product and its packaging until you receive instructions.

Storequode will review the request with the responsible seller. Do not send an item back without return instructions, because the return location may depend on the seller. Your statutory rights are explained in the Terms and Conditions.
