Why did my order arrive in two parcels?

Storequode lets you buy from several sellers in one basket. Each seller prepares and fulfils their own part of the order, so items can be dispatched, delivered or made ready for pickup separately.

Your order page groups items by seller and shows the progress of each group. The overall order status reflects the combined progress. Storequode currently applies the delivery charge shown once to the overall checkout rather than adding a separate charge for every seller group.
