How do I track my order?

Sign in and open My account → Orders. Select an order to view its timeline, delivery or pickup details, payment status and the progress of each seller’s items.

Status meanings:

• Placed: Storequode received the order.
• Processing: the seller is preparing your items.
• On the way: a delivery has left the seller. For pickup, this means ready for pickup.
• Delivered: delivery or pickup is complete.
• Cancelled: the order was stopped before fulfilment.

If order notifications are enabled, Storequode also sends account notifications as each seller’s portion progresses.
