What standards must Storequode sellers follow?

Sellers must offer lawful, genuine and safe products; maintain accurate listings and stock; fulfil accepted orders; protect customer information; and honour applicable return, refund and product-safety duties.

Customer contact and address information may be used only to fulfil the order or meet a legal obligation—not for unrelated marketing without valid consent. Storequode may pause listings, orders or payouts while reviewing suspected fraud, unsafe goods, counterfeit products, serious customer complaints or breaches of the marketplace terms.
